Then, the customer service told us they cannot provide hotels and accomodation for all of us. With many hours of delays the company finnaly informed that the flights is cancelled and asked us to go to customer service to take care of us. The company knows the flights will be cancelled, but refused to inform customers and keep customers waiting in the airport with many hours of delays. 0 trust and scam company! There is a storm on the day. A company that cannot hornor what is promised to the customers.
